How to set up mikrotik to distribute wi fi?
Good afternoon! There is an ECI B-FOCuS 0-4G2PW modem (provider) and a Mikrotik RB941-2nD router. I want to put my sister's Mikrotik in the apartment (she lives on the floor below) to amplify the wi fi signal. I do not want to throw a wire for a bunch. The question is whether it is possible to configure Mikrotik so that it connects to wi fi and distributes it further. The whole problem is that there is no WDS on the ECI B-FOCuS 0-4G2PW and nothing to do with it. Somehow it turned out to set up a Mikrotik so that it connects to the current wi-fi and gives the Internet via the Internet, but I just need a wi-fi relay. I just have no experience in setting up Mikrotik. Thank you all very much for your replies

Just make VirtualAP with new SSID over Wifi-Station and bridge them. The network speed will drop significantly, but it will work without WDS.
It is impossible not by crutch methods. All crutches cut speed and quality. WDS is also a crutch.
Relevant for any router with 1 Wi-Fi chip.
