Android lost Wi-Fi network?

Faced a problem on Android OS. The smartphone has lost its home network and cannot find it in any way. The trick is that he easily finds all the neighboring networks, connects to the university and McDonald's, but does not see the home point-blank. At the same time, the laptop both connected and connects to the home.
Where to dig and what to do?

If your access point has the ability to automatically select the channel on which it broadcasts, then it may have switched. On some Android backgrounds (and some firmwares), the wi-fi module searches for networks up to channel 12 by default. In the wifi settings of the smartphone, you can usually specify what to look for in the entire range. Or just force the access point to have a channel less than 12 and it will be ok.

From the list of networks in the android itself, delete all networks - both found and saved. And try running the search again. And most importantly: under what circumstances did this happen? The device was not sewn? Did you install third-party programs for working with Wi-Fi? I can also advise a general reset (Reset + Wipe)

Maybe the home network was made "hidden"? Try to connect by manually entering the username and password.

Try renaming your home network. I encountered the described problem at home - only renaming helped (or rather, deleted the old one on the router, created a new one with a new name).
