How to sync open mozilla tabs?

The task is to synchronize the postcard tabs of the work and home browsers.
Standard synchronization through the Mozilla cabinet does not perform such functionality.
I searched for an application, but had no success. Surely someone has come across a similar problem, tell me the solution for mozilla
