How to sync Dropbox offline?

There are ~40GB of files in Dropbox. How to synchronize it offline with a local directory on a new PC without having to download it from the cloud? If you add files with the same names to the directory, the dropbox client duplicates the files with the suffix "Disputed copy....". It is important not to download from the cloud, but simply check the hashes of local files.
