How to sum Spent time field in Redmine?

How to make sure that after filtering the issue, the amount of the Spent time field is calculated? To be something like in the screenshot:

You are looking at the "final report" a little in the wrong place. It's better to use the built-in reports: your-redmine-url/projects/your-project-uri/time_en... -> Details: Month, Activity: Issue, and get a report on tasks for the last month, for example, with the resulting time.
