What is Contact in Redmine?

In Redmine, after creating a task, in the right block I see the settings
“Contact contact”
“Contacts”

Tell me what they are for.

Case Contact - this is the one from whom the letter came, in case the issue is a helpdesk ticket
A Contacts are simply Contacts related to the issue. For example, it can be a client for which the task is being done.
