How to subtract black from an image in Photoshop?

Hello, I have a picture:

It is required to remove the black color from it so that it is just transparent, how can this be done?
In the layout, it has a "screen" blend mode, so as I understand it, the black color is removed, but as soon as I try to save it separately, it remains.
