Barcode for a vector label, how to do?

Hello, I have never done a barcode.
I made a label for a product in a vector, how and where to make a barcode? - it must also be a vector?
There is a barcode only for numbers, but how to make the picture itself and where?
I read on one site, they write that the barcode must be officially received and paid for it.
And as a designer and various online services and programs where barcodes are made, as they exist, it turns out that this is illegal.

What specific code are you interested in? You just probably got everything mixed up, there is a law on a unified information system for labeling goods, if your product is subject to mandatory labeling, then you really need to buy these codes there. All these codes must be applied at the factory. With the help of the code, the movement of goods is tracked - from production or import to the retail buyer.

There are free online services for generating barcodes. I usually use online-barcode-generator.net.
1) Choose the type of code you need.
2) Enter the numerical value of the barcode (or your arbitrary text, links, etc., if it is a QR code)
3) Get a ready-made barcode in the format you need, including vector.
4) Download and open in the program that you work with the label.

You can also use CorelDraw (object -> insert barcode), and if you need a lot, then this package has a function - Merge when printing.
But first, really understand what you want to encode and why.
