How to study further in 3D?

Hello. I'm learning to model and recently completed a short course on CINEMA 4D. I know what buttons are responsible for, I figured out a little about texturing and lighting. The end point of the course was to create a violin using polygonal modeling, having successfully made it (not perfect, of course, but still), I realized that I really liked working with polygons, observing topology and so on. But now, when I finished the course, I don’t understand what to do next, just practice, like create your own workplace, or maybe take some other course (but which one), or it makes sense to think about a portfolio and try to get a job in a campaign . Also, is cinema suitable for hard surface and low poly, because that's what I want to model, or should I change the program to another one?
