Which 3D modeling program to choose?

Tell me, I'm confused, my goal, characters, women, and other people and images associated with such appearance.
There are certain programs, like ZBrush, and it was advised to create characters from it, and someone says to start with Blender, for example, learn to design a cup, please tell me.
I have knowledge of anatomy, I am an artist, I like this direction and I want to use my skills in such interesting and promising areas as in 3D. But I will work with such programs for the first time.

Upvote for ZBrush.
It will also be good for you because it will not be necessary to immediately deal with polygons, vertices, modifiers, etc. That is, you can immediately take and start sculpting.
He also has a free younger brother - Sculptris, take pixolodzhik on the site.

Zbrush? Do you seriously recommend using this tool for a beginner modeler? If you have money, or it doesn't bother you to use a pirate, study Max. Otherwise, only Blender.

I recommend taking the Blender v2.8 program, it is available to everyone and is free.
Then, after studying, go to 3DMax, Cinema 4D, ZBrush.
There is a Fulse program for creating characters, but it is for beginners, if you are interested, google
