How to stream from the server?

Got a question.
There is a server for 1GB of RAM, 10GB of ssd, 1 core, on which stands ubuntu.
I want to broadcast a playlist from a video to YouTube, for example.
That is, there are just a few videos in the folder and I want to broadcast them in loop modes (loop).
A friend once did, but I did not ask him how. Is there an "easy" software for this?
Which robs through the command line, although the interface on the web is desirable.
At one time, video was such software, but I did not remember their names.
