"Could not open input file: composer.phar" error on ubuntu 16.04?

Composer is installed, but when I write the command

php composer.phar require facebook/webdriver

gives an error message.

Try linking without php like to executable:
composer require facebook/webdriver

You have renamed the file.
So the team must bephp yii composer <name-command>
