How to connect to ubuntu server from internal network?

At home there is a server on Ubuntu server 14.04. There is a white static IP address from Rostelecom to which the connection is being made. The ports on the router are forwarded, the connection is made from the external network. But if I connect from home (from any device connected to WI-Fi), then I get to the router settings page, instead of my server page. I called the provider's technical support for 2 days, they did not help. Please help, what could be the problem?
