Given: OBS, a computer with a white IP address and Windows. It is required to organize video broadcasting from this PC bypassing third-party services - directly, i.e. opened a browser at: https://255.255.255.255/ (conditionally), entered a login with a password and look. Encryption and authorization are strictly required. Are there solutions to this problem "out of the box"?

Configure encoding for broadcast to obs - the output must be a codec that browsers support. For example hls-dash or webm
