What are the ready-made solutions (paid and free) for creating online learning?
I only considered plugin alternatives for WP, maybe there are separate cms?

Everything will be as simple as possible, after payment, the user gets access to the online lesson (video from youtube), after viewing, he fills out the form and gets to the next lesson.
