How can I stop a process from rendering graphics?
How in general it is possible to reduce as much as possible resource consumption by process?
I need to reduce the resources consumed by the process as much as possible in order to run as many windows as possible.

In the BIOS, set the size of the video memory (if built-in)
PC properties> additional parameters
