How to disable the update if the PC is in sleep mode?

At night, when I leave it in sleep mode, and then it decides to update itself, 9 coolers start working in full. Naturally, it cannot reboot, because it costs 2 OS.
And since I have Nvidia Geforce, which must be disabled when trying to enter linux, otherwise the computer hangs, the coolers work in overclocking mode.
And so on until I get up and cut it off.
Is there a reliable way to disable either the overclocking of the coolers, or the update of the window when it is in sleep mode?
By reliable, I mean without a complete shutdown, registry editing and other tricks. Setting the active time is not the same.
