How to stop File History from backing up libraries (Win 10)?

The essence of the problem is this, File History makes a backup of libraries with video music and so on, they are huge and their backup is not needed,
attempts to remove them from the list end up in the list again in an hour, adding to exceptions does not help - the list of exceptions from the old control panel is ignored, they are simply not added to the list of the new panel.
I know other backup methods, I want to know how to make this one work.

1) Open the control panel ( classic which )
2) Open the explorer options there, turn on hidden folders and show files
3) Then open the indexing options there, select change, remove unnecessary checkmarks for indexing
4) Go to File History and disable it there or also choose what no need to fill in the history
5) You can also just put an exception for certain folders
