How to connect a single client (windows) to a site to site VPN?

Previous story: mail cloud provides disk storage, provides site to site VPN for a secure connection, there is a need to connect a remote client to this network, I would like a built-in Windows client, or at least some, advise the client. Again, I will pay attention to VPN site to site. Clarification: MCS provides Site-to-Site IPsec VPN

What vpn is it? S2S is a type of configuration, not a software name. If it is IPSec - Windows has a built-in client. If something else - for sure the client can be downloaded.
