How to remove black screen when connecting to rdp?

I connect to a remote server (windows server 2016) from an imac computer (macos monterey). After passing the connection, a black screen hangs for 15-20 seconds, then the error crashes
Your session was disconnected
Your session ended because of an error. If this keeps happening, contact your network administrator for assistance.
Error code: 0x4
And using the same data with the same user, I connect from a macbook pro (the same system) and from an iphone
When the remote server is rebooted, everything works for a little less than a day, then again a black screen when connected
The connection passes between networks via vpn (l2tp + ipsec), and this error is observed when connecting exactly to the internal address. When connecting via external ip everything works fine

Try in the registry, in the section: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server
, set the value to 10000 for the MaxOutstandingConnections parameter
