How to start up vpn through the second provider?

Mikrotik 6.35.4 (stable).
There are 2 providers, both channels are labeled and shared between users.
On the main channel (which is by default), the ports are blocked and I need ovpn (the client on Mikrotik) to work through the second provider, but unfortunately my knowledge is not enough to make this setting. Giving priority to a channel with open ports is not appropriate.
