How to simulate delays in a local network?

Good day.
I have a slightly non-standard task. I have a device that connects via ethrnet to a mikrotik router. The device is controlled from a computer connected to the same router.
I need to simulate an unstable connection on mikrotik, i.e. increase in packet delivery delay and packet loss. Is it possible to somehow do this with standard mikrotik tools?
The traffic between the device and the computer is small 5-10 kb/s.
It is also desirable to be able to somehow repeat the simulated situation and control the quality of the "deterioration" of the connection.

@Zarom

You can limit the channel using queues

If we are talking about managing through the browser, then in chrome there are buttons for this in dev-tools.
