How to properly organize traffic prioritization in Mikrotik?

Given:

  • There are 3 servers and they need to set unlimited speed for input / output within the network and in the WAN (rtk)
  • There are 5 PCs and they need to set unlimited speed for input / output within the network and in the WAN (rtc)
  • There are 30 PCs and they need to limit the ingress/egress rate on the WAN(rtk) to 20M. Inside the network (including to servers) so that there are no restrictions.

I tried to play around with the Queue list, but the effect is zero:
queue1:
target - 0.0.0.0/24
dst: ether1 (RTK is connected here)
Max limit: unlimited/unlimited
Priority: 8
Queue Type: peq-upload-default

queue2:
target - 10.0. 1.10 (1 server out of 3)
dst: no
Max limit specified: unlimited/unlimited
Priority: 5
Queue Type: peq-upload-default
Parent: queue1

queue3:
target - 10.0.1.20 (1 PC out of 5)
dst: no
max limit specified : unlimited/unlimited
Priority: 6
Queue Type: peq-upload-default
Parent: queue1

queue4:
target - 10.0.1.0/24 (1 PC out of 30)
dst: did not specify
Max limit: 20M/20M
Priority: 7
Queue Type: peq-upload-default
Parent: queue1

Create a rule for IP or subnet or address-list and set restrictions. dst 0.0.0.0/0 gives a restriction to ANY IP addresses
In the firewall, do not forget to turn off fasstrack for this to work
