I understand that you are not from the Russian Federation and write here, in the hope that they will be able to help you. I'm afraid this is a dead end. You need to find a specialized forum on the topic in your area and ask questions there.
For example, the official English forum.mikrotik.com
Or you can hire an administrator to set up or train you.
Well, according to your task:
1. You must have a white network, with a sufficient number of addresses.
2. If a prerequisite is the differentiation of traffic between vlans at the l2 level, then in each VLAN the Mikrotik must have a white IP address, and the device from the VLAN must have a white address, and the Mikrotik address in this VLAN must be a gateway for it. The network will have to be chopped into small pieces.
3. If item 2 is not mandatory, then all VLANs should be combined into a Bridge on Mikrotik, we assign a white address to the bridge at Mikrotik and issue addresses for everything, Mikrotik is the gateway for them. The network remains the same.
According to point 2, there is a workaround when we pervert with the bridge and / or firewall rules, getting by with one address per MK (without dividing the main network into small subnets), but not merging environments, but I don’t recommend it to you because it’s all bullshit.
Information from gulkin * uy and pass your text through the Word, some kind of rebus.
in more detail what is how it works which subnets, which configs...
