Adding IPv6 for LAN while keeping IPv4 - how to do it?

We have a Mikrotik router. He has IPv4 from the provider. IPv4 is configured in the locale. In addition to IPv4, I want to add IPv6 for LAN. Those. so that devices in the local area can communicate with each other via IPv6, and with the Internet via IPv4. The question is how to do it? Devices have built-in IPv6. And without setting up IPv6 on Mikrotik, they can ping each other via IPv6 (on Ubuntu via ping6 if you specify the desired interface). But accessing these IPv6 addresses in the browser does not work. Apparently, due to the lack of a route.
How to keep IPv4 and LAN number for devices to add the ability to communicate with each other via IPv6?
I want to work through IPv6 through domain names, i.e. without specifying an interface for addresses. Mikrotik allows you to create static DNS records:
#host video6.lan
video6.lan has IPv6 address fe80::211:3336:6666:3028

What you call "embedded" IPv6 is called a link-local address.
It works purely with an indication of the interface through which there is access.
If you want a similar IPv4 network, there are several options.
You can get a pool of white addresses from a 6to4 broker and at least use it at home, at least go to the IPv6 Internet with them (do not forget to set up a normal firewall on the router for IPv6
) check the advertise box next to the address

send a screenshot of how you access these addresses in the browser, and I will answer you where your error is.
