The second Mikrotik is connected to a home provider with a "gray" IP, when it needs to connect to the first one via L2TP (10.10.10.2)
Everything works, everything is set up, they ping back and forth
Now you need to do this, that when the second microtic is connected, wrap all Internet traffic of the office into it and release it to the Internet via the "gray" IP

You can simply set the priority on the vpn connection to be less than on the main channel
And then do nat for it
