How to start Outlook 2010 in normal mode?

After installing updates on workstations, the following problem occurred: Outlook 2010 itself starts in safe mode and cannot be started in normal mode. Rolling back the update on each station or updating Outlook to 2013 will take too long, there are too many workstations.
