Exchange 2010 registration via /owa?

Is it possible to make user registration available in the Exchange 2010 web interface, i.e. /owa? That is, do not add users to the Active Directory yourself, but so that users can register themselves.

Normally, such functionality is hardly provided. Only if you write some kind of crutch yourself.

The question is how will your users get to a computer that goes to Hell and then launch a browser to register in the mail?
