How to make Windows 7 PE with its own drivers?

Good afternoon.
Please tell me how to make my own minimal assembly of Win 7 PE, include several programs (browser, office) in it and add drivers for my computer + printer.
Computer with USB 3 (no USB 2 ports), UEFI.
I found several manuals, but they either offer to use programs that do not work or are no longer supported.
Often failed to boot because it does not detect a flash drive connected to USB3.
I do not want to disable Secure boot and UEFI.

I follow the instructions, I get to winpeshl.ini

AppPath = %SystemDrive%\myshell.exe
How can I launch the standard explorer with the start button?
