How to start learning hacking (security testing)?

I burn with the desire to hack everything in order to learn hacking. What can you advise and where to start? I found courses but they are all in English.

There is in Russian. I haven't read the book and probably won't read it, but a lot of people spoke highly of it.

Too loose concept - hacking. To begin with, decide on the object for "study" - software, networks, sites, mobile devices, servers, etc. Then find out what it all works on, what technologies it uses. Learn technologies, find out weaknesses. It’s not so, and just a couple of exploits doesn’t solve the problem
