What books are there to fill holes in computer science and ICT?

What kind of holes, specifics would not hurt.
And so, either wait for the translation of the 13th edition shtonda.blogspot.com/2018/07/computer-science-over...
or find (search for) and read the 12th edition in the original (English).
or buy 13
or be content with domestic textbooks on Informatics and ICT. (a little about everything)
There has never been a book about everything, there never will be, and most likely there never will be.
Moreover, you do not tell that in your background there is
a huge spread from the series "XXX for dummies" to the Harvard course CS50 (in Russian;) )

Read these books:
"Code" by Petzold and "Programming: An Introduction to the Profession" by Stolyarov.
