I am looking for a good book on HTML and CSS with layout rules. I myself have already found a couple of options, but you need to consider everything.
I also want to know what sources to use for professional study of JS, JQuery, Python, Django.

on layout - there are no relevant books, only experience, google, docks, well, at most 'new big css book'
