How to start Galaxy 2 if the battery is so low that charging / usb does not charge?

Good evening w. Community. The situation is this:
In short:
How to charge the battery separately from the phone?
There is a charge from acme and in it one wire is pink and the other is white. Please tell me what is the plus or minus.
In more detail:
The phone seems to be trying to start up, shows an attempt to connect to the battery and immediately goes out and so on constantly in a cycle. I don’t know if the battery or the board is working, but offhand, having read a ton of materials both in Russian and in English, I tried a bunch of methods such as.
Running recovery mode (volume+ home , power) - doesn't work at all.
Clamp (volume-) - Works but writes that the battery is empty and loading is impossible.
Cleaning the contacts with alcohol, a needle, a brush (except for the bottom side of the power board, so to speak, since I couldn’t open it - the screwdriver was scratched)

And they write that this is probably due to the fact that the battery is literally completely dead and needs to be charged separately.

There is one point - this is an emergency charging with wires. I more or less figured out the voltage, I had 4 free charges and donated 3 (without a multimeter, I just don’t know if they are working or not) . There is one charge left, which I just don’t know, charging from acme , it has one wire pink and the other white, please tell me if it’s not difficult which of them is a minus.
I'm sorry that one question turned into two , but I'm just tired of fiddling with it, and I need a phone very very much ...of course, if there was a multimeter or a frog (I would just put the battery on charge and it would be clear if it was working or not) , then I would say more precisely, but so .... like a finger in the water.
In general, thank you very much, I hope at least on the issue of wires answer.

If a lithium-ion battery is deeply discharged, it is not so easy to charge it. Watch the video here .
And about the wires - a white minus, most likely. Although I don't vouch. Need to check with a multimeter
