Can I charge a laptop with a weak charger from an old laptop?

Is it possible to charge a laptop (Asus K75D) with a 19V - 3.42A charge under the conditions that I will not play on it, but watch YouTube and surf the Internet when the main 19V - 4.74A?

Can. You called me as an expert.
I have one of my home laptops connected with 6A charging instead of 8A.

Didn't say which laptop.
On most, you can do this, only you can run into a load jump (well, you never know, some program glitched and began to load the percent by 100%), and the PSU will not cope, the laptop will turn off or reboot.
However, on laptops, where 3 contacts are provided in charging (plus, minus, and ID) - everything is different. For example, in Dell laptops, on the third contact, the built-in EEPROM transmits the code with its power, and the laptop checks it. And if the power is lower than it should be on this laptop, it will swear at startup, but it will work. Only now the battery will no longer be charged, and (as they say, I did not check) it can underestimate the frequency of the processor, and it will work more slowly.
