The laptop is usually connected to HDMI with a wireless mouse and keyboard and lies in a safe place. Recently, we needed to use it without any external devices, in other words, we connected headphones into it (into the laptop's AUX port) and there was absolutely no reaction. Then it turned out that they stopped working: the space button, the N button, the AUX port.
What could be the cause of such a localized fault? And how can it be solved?
Everything is in order with the drivers, because they have not yet been reinstalled from a working state. The laptop was also not subjected to mechanical damage.
