How to start development in BA or project management?

I am very interested in the field of BA and Project Management, however, in all the abundance of courses in Moscow, I am lost, and I don’t know at all where to start my journey.
Given: 2.5 years of work in audit, now - a financial analyst. From technical skills - strong Excel and PQ.

I understand that I like project and team work, clarity and logic :) I would be very grateful for advice and instructions in the answers!)

Read classic books like "The Mythical Man Month", read popular books like "45 Manager Tattoos", watch any free course, for example from Yandex . And look for an internship.
