An up-to-date, third-party course on React Router, with details?

We need an up-to-date, detailed course / book / article on react router, best practices, anti-patterns, patterns.
It's just that now I'm mired in a heap of either irrelevant information, or on the periphery between "relevant and xs."
And in general, which router is the most stable? react-router/redux-router? Which of the heaps of libraries is the standard for the react eco system?
