Can I use Python for USE 2017?

In one of the tasks No. 27 of the Unified State Examination on the sdamgia.ru website, it was very persistently suggested that the program be written in Pascal.
In addition, in other tasks, I stopped noticing texts in Python.
1) Will it be possible to use Python at the USE-2017?
2) If I use functional features (for example, I solve task No. 24 in one line using list-comprehensions), will the experts understand me?

To solve the problem, knowledge of algorithms and not library functions is required, and the algorithm is described in approximately the same way in any language.
