How to start a user remotely?

There is a PC that will be used as a media center by parents. I need to remotely download\sort\rename movies on my computer. The computer is behind nat and two routers, so I don't know how to set up ftp =) Cloud storage will not contain all the movies.
You can connect through a teamviewer or something, but maybe there is an opportunity to connect as a separate user and do all this in the background?

This is where IPv6 is ideal. Especially since Teredo is enabled by default on Vista+. The number of nats is indifferent to him, only their type. Whether it works, you can find out by running the netsh int ipv6 show teredo command. It is only necessary to fasten to dyndns and do not forget filtering and authorization.

Install a server OS, start a second user, forward the RDP port and work in the background.
But but for me, it’s more convenient for me.
