How to start a career in IT?
Hello. The specialty in which he graduated - computers, complexes, systems and networks. He graduated from the university in 2012, but did not work in his specialty. Somehow it happened. And now I'm already 27 and I wanted to work in my specialty. A lot of time has already been lost. Now I don't know how to move on. I send a resume stating that I was a salesman, a teacher ... it, of course, does not attract employers.
In general, ideally, I would like to become a software developer. But I'm considering an option with network technologies.
Please advise where and how to go.
PS For the sake of employment, he even changed his country of residence and flew to Russia from a less developed country. I will be glad to any advice.

think, rocket science, I left the same way and returned
with a good education, there should be no problems at all
choose the most expensive vacancies, see what they require, do your projects on this stack and shove to any starting positions
now everything is moving to the clouds - maybe it suits you more than software development
first you need to either learn yourself or go to en courses if you don’t know how to study yourself,
and so you pour water and nothing more
