How to "stake out" the name of the application in the AppStore & GooglePlay?

Dear users!
The question is the following:
at a very early stage of development there is an application for iOS and Android, at such an early stage that only the concept is ready so far, layouts are being drawn and functionality is being thought out, and most importantly (the main thing for the question being asked) the name of the application has been invented. How to "stake" this name in the app stores and how to understand whether the names will pass the test in the absence of a product yet? I know that the names are also moderated when checking. How to understand in advance whether the name will pass or not, maybe there is some service on the network specialized for this, or maybe something else? A simple google search didn't turn up any answers, unfortunately.
Thanks

I remember when Windows 8 first came out, there were a whole bunch of stub apps in the Store. For example, there were Yandex maps, which all they could do was show maps in full screen, there was no interface, everything was added later in updates.
So you can try to do something like that, implement some minimal functionality and submit the application to the store for approval. And then add updates.

You can stake it in itunesconnect, you can not check in advance. On Google Play, it’s impossible in any way, only by releasing an application and registering a trademark, if it exists, then through Google it will be possible to take a name for yourself.
