How to speed up the launch of MS Office applications?

Once upon a time, I personally removed the utility for accelerating the launch of MS Office applications from startup because I didn’t use them very often and spared resources for it. Now, by the nature of my activity, I service several old computers, and the situation is reversed there - almost every computer is turned on to use MS Office applications. I remembered that utility, but I just can't find it in MS Office 10. What is it called?
The search found only the NoRereg key in the registry and the \q and \a keys to disable the splash screen and load add-ons, respectively. It helped - I don’t argue, but I want it to be preloaded, so that the first launch would seem to be not the first, but the second.

If you have extra RAM, you can use this utility www.eboostr.com/en/
, it creates a virtual disk in the computer's memory and caches programs there. The results are not bad!
