How to speed up site indexing in PS?

3-4 years ago I added sites for indexing - Yandex always slowed down (in my case, there were pages in Google already for 3-4 days).
8 days ago I added the site to the Google and Yandex masters, the current result is 1 page in Google (main) and 400+ in Yandex and 50,000 scanned.
This confused me a little, the question arose - did I do everything right, given that I added only the sitemap.
Are there any other manipulations with Google? Or did I panic too early? (After all, we are not on the Titanic).
