Why doesn't Google accept sitemap.xml?

About a month and a half ago, I made a website on the pp.ua domain (a free domain for Ukraine). The domain is new and clean.
Made sitemap.xml.
I add to the poison - ok.
I check through the old google search console - ok.
I send to Google - "Status - Not received", "Could not process the Sitemap file".
I re-read a bunch of information, they discuss it on the Google forum, but there is no solution.
Maybe someone met this? Maybe the problem is in the pp.ua domain?

Does the browser open the link? Size no more than 50,000 and 50 mb

I have the same thing on a site with a domain pp.ua
