How to speed up an SSD?

Good afternoon, I’m a hardware zero, I read that the SSD needs to be optimized after purchase, I did it using this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JGDHcr_ymAo
Before optimization, the computer turned on faster, blunted less often.
After optimization it got worse. How can I roll back the changes or what is better to do?
Windows 8.1
SSD 240 GB
DDR4 RAM - 16gb
HDD 512 GB

No one will watch the video - therefore, describe step by step what exactly you "optimized" there.
In fact, most of all "optimizations" are either a meaningless action or a deliberate performance degradation. These optimization instructions are written by people who do not understand anything about it.
Bought, connected - that's the whole optimization.
They optimize only at high load, for a specific task, clearly knowing what needs to be obtained. For example, when you buy an SSD purely for a database.
If you take a disk in order to put a system on it, everything will be right at once, no optimizations are required.
And what you did there - no one knows.
There all sorts of tips are found from harmless ones like disabling indexing, to really moronic ones like disabling the paging file or transferring it to the HDD.
