How to soundproof the system unit?
I want to make a noise to the sys block: amd fx-8350; bp corsair 650W; radeon RX 480; 16gb ram; 1tb sata; cooler zalman cnps5x. Housing zalman t1 plus. I want to start the case from the inside to glue soundproofing. And then see what else you can do. What Shumkov recommend the best? Maybe someone did it.

Even if you paste Shumkov inside, the vibration from the fans will still be transmitted through the metal to the case. So you have to amortize it with special rubber pads for the bolts.
It was possible to be engaged in such business:
1. Minimization of quantity of fans. It was possible to bring their number to 1 - on the PSU, the cooling of the processor was provided by it through a special home-made air duct made of tin.
2. This cooler should be low-speed (1500 rpm, preferably less, even better speed control from the temperature of the core) of large diameter (120 mm in size) with saber-shaped blades.
3. HDD fastened through soft-rubber silent blocks.
4. Both sides of the hull, as well as the bottom and top, were pasted over with thick container cardboard.
The result satisfied me: at 1.5 meters it was impossible to distinguish by ear whether the computer was on or off.
