How bad is it to keep a single unit server at home as a home computer in terms of noise, shape, etc.? And is it easy to transplant into a desktop box?

I want a powerful reliable computer with 32-64 gigs of memory and a bunch of cores for writing voracious software. A one-unit server that is sold on occasion for very little money seems to be a very good solution. But there is a feeling that it will be much noisier than a desktop box, or maybe there are just a lot of them in the server room, which makes it so noisy. And I want him to work at night, and I could sleep next to him. Plus, it’s an inconvenient shape, but you can probably hang it on brackets under the table cover. Two monitors - this is easy - a video card is added. What else did I miss? Increased electricity consumption?
Question - who kept a one-unit computer from the former server at home, were there any inconveniences? And if it's a bad idea, is it easy to move a server motherboard into a standard full size desktop box? Or change coolers?

it is usually VERY noisy. in 1U you can’t cram normal cooling in height, you have to put radiators on the processors and blow through the entire case. the size of the coolers is also limited - because of this, they are high-speed.
but if you take it out of the case and collect something - maybe nothing

There is a server in the form of Mx-Tower
Mini Medium Midi
For example, the same HP Microserv
Choose an assembly with Xeon and go

Over time, of course, get used to falling asleep to the buzz of a server, but I would not recommend you to engage in such experiments.
It's better to use colocation services + rdc.
Video of launching a server similar to your requests.
