Why not stable work with PCI Wi-fi adapter?

In general, this is the case.
I bought myself a N-series Wireless Network PCI-Adapter, speed up to 150 Mbps
TL-WN751ND. I inserted it into my system unit and this is how it turns out, the signal is average (3 sticks shows out of 5), but the ping periodically skips big even to the router ( >200), but when I'm on my phone or laptop, everything is fine.
What to do?

Check the direction of the antenna and its mounting on the board.
