How to sort mail on a server with a non-mail client?

Good afternoon.
I have a work email address. The server runs on something Linux-free, I do not have access to the server settings.
It has access to imap and through the web-muzzle. When I go to the mail using the mail client, it is sorted according to its rules, but when the client is closed and I go from the browser, naturally everything is in the general Inbox folder.
It is not possible to leave the client enabled so that it sorts mail, but it is possible to run something by cron.
The question is, are there any simple utilities for sorting mail on the server?
As I see it. There is a utility, there is a config where I specify the sorting rules. I run this utility regularly by cron or once when I start the computer, and it lays out the letters as it should.

Only works in dovecot. Theoretically, there is a plugin for TB to edit the rules on the server. The rules are written in a language similar to a programming language and are triggered when a letter arrives in the mailbox.
