Mysterious debian network interface behavior, how to fix?

1. the raid (mdadm) fell apart
2. ordered a disk change
3. at system startup, the name of the network interface changed, but this can be said to be normal behavior.
However, I changed the settings and nothing, where to dig at all.

The interface like that also rises.

Here, too, only the name of the interface has changed
Well, what can it be, there is stupidly no Internet ;(
Why the interface is changing, I understand and do not even insist, but what went wrong, there are no stupid ideas

If the interface has changed, then the mac address may also have changed, some hosters have a hard binding to the port and ip + mac
Check with them if there are such restrictions
